Who else is in desperate need of a vacation???
One of my most memorable getaways was going to Puerto Rico with my (now) fiancé. I had been to Puerto Rico multiple times, but one time I got to explore the island on a local level and fell in love all over again.
And, speaking of Puerto Rico, today I want to talk about this super cute brand from there, Vigo Swim.Vigo Swim is handcrafted and designed by Puerto Rican designer, and boss babe, Mariana Vidal. She studied Fashion Design and Marketing at Lisa Thon School of Design in Puerto Rico. Mariana’s journey into swimwear began in 2015, in need of a budget friendly swimsuit for an upcoming trip (we can all relate), she decided to make one for herself.
Vigo Swim is all about creating distinctive and reversible pieces with the mission of reducing waste and therefore taking care of the environment.
The prints (to me) are a representation of the island, Puerto Rico. The vibe is super tropical and the styles are comfortable, yet sexy.I chose the Palmita Set.
The top is a triangle fixed cup, which ties on the back. I do suggest this style of top for the babes with boobies in the A-B range cup.
The bottom is made to be a low rise, but I wore it right over my hip bone to make my legs appear longer and my butt bigger ?Did I mention…all of Vigo Swim’s bikinis are completely reversible, eco-friendly, and hand sewn?
Honestly, Mariana is amazing. Not only is she talented, but she is super sweet and has amazing customer service. So, if you have any questions she will be more than happy to help.Don’t wait any longer and take a little piece of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico home ?.
