It doesn’t take a math genius to know that a reversible bikini is a GREAT investment.
Today, after a long bikini search, I bring you a REVERSIBLE, AFFORDABLE AND CUSTOM-MADE bikini by MC Swim. BOOM! 2×1, baby.
Well, technically 4×1 because you can mix and match one side of the top with the other side of the bottom.
Ok, enough with the math talk, let’s get to what is really important (to me): style and fitting.
MC Swim is a cute, little brand created in St. Pete, FL (have I mentioned Florida is full of talent before?) by a recent USF graduate (Congrats, Megan!).
This brand is any girl’s DREAM. You get to pick your top and bottom style, fabric, and any add-ons (scrunch bottom, color of the strings, etc.…) Everything about this piece is custom-made, so basically you can say you are bringing your ideal bikini to life.
I personally picked the “Lace Up Top” and the “Three-Strap Bottom” in this flowery print
And this light blue color because not only suits for two seasons in a row, it is girly, yet flirty.
I decided to add on a scrunch-bottom and white straps because it compliments my figure and helps with comfortability.
I can sit here and write about how it fits, but to be completely honest all the styles are different and since they are personalized you send her your exact measurements. *HINT: If you want to make it a thong or cheekier she can do that too, just write it on the comments section while ordering.
I have to admit that I have an obsession with Etsy. I enjoy buying handmade pieces that I can’t make myself (AKA I can’t do anything). After coming across MC Swim, reading the reviews (yes, I am one of those weirdos that reads every single review before purchasing an item), and saw the prices, I thought to myself: WOW I should give it a shot.
And boy, am I glad I did! The bikini is amazing and, to me, it looks luxurious to say the least.
Only thing is that unfortunately MC Swim’s Etsy store is not open year round. I mean, the girl has a life too. So, you have to stay posted on her Instagram page for store updates.
