In my book, prints are everything. They can either make a plain bikini look expensive or vice versa. Although I do like my unicolor bikinis, when I wear print people often wonder where I got them from. This Montce Aztec bikini is a perfect example of print done right.

Let’s start with the style. Just like my previous high-waisted bikini post, I didn’t think this style was ideal for me, but as cliché as it sounds- you never know until you try.

I fell in love the second I tried it on. I like to buy bathing suits that most people won’t dare to wear and stand out from the crowd (who doesn’t love a little attention?) At first, this bikini seemed like one that doesn’t entirely compliment my body, but turns out it suits very WELL on just about anyone.

The top has the cutest tassel detail at the front that you can conveniently tie or make lose.

Although I’m not a fan of padded tops, I didn’t mind it much since it actually makes your boobies perkier. It most definitely has the best of both worlds because the straps adjust like a bra and the back ties like a regular bathing suit.

The bottom is…TO DIE FOR. The sides have multiple thick straps around the waist that you could either move up or down to your preference (I like to leave it as is). The fact that it’s high waisted gives the impression of a smaller waist and well, you can’t beat that!

The back is cheeky, but not extremely. This is exactly what I love about Montce bikinis; small, yet not excessive. (I do tend to give myself a bit of a wedgy to make it smaller).

Back to the print- This is definitely unique and although it is relatively simple, the details add a special, girly touch. This will even be a cute outfit idea for #Coachella (hey, there’s always next year!)

The good news is that this pretty little piece is from the Summer 2016 collection, so not many people own it yet. Take advantage that pre-orders JUST launched along with many other different styles and prints. Thank me later! 🙂

Things You Should Know :

  • Sizing: True to size.

  • Comfortable: Very.

  • Wearing: Medium Top, Small Bottom

  • Recommendations: I think a Small top for me would have looked better. If you don’t get your right top size in this style it might be a bit uncomfortable and the fact that’s big on you will be noticeable. The bottom is perfect. If you have a tiny waist I would recommend a size smaller.
